All ratings for scores have been recounted. This is due to changes in which scores rating will use (now draft scores are also included in rating).

Some of you have noticed that DScores reports some of the scores as not accepted. This is due to a bug that needs to be fixed. For the moment, just go and accept the scores.

A new feature, putt statistics, has been added to the new version updated on 21.9.2017. In order to use this, you need to activate this functionality in your profile. These will be also added to the user stats page eventually.

This version includes possibility to add putt statistics to your score. Remember to enable the functionality in your profile.
There was a feature which set draft scores to be included in statistics. I've run some fixing scripts which has resulted in some scores that you need to accept. This should be a one time thing. The changes will affect the ratings of both players and courses. Due to this, ratings are to be recalculated (..possibly).

This and that - darc (Jani Hirvo) 2016-10-01Back from Arma 3 Exile. Sometimes you need to have a time sink and that is mine. An update is in the works with some interesting new features. In the meanwhile, keep on throwing.
Known issue: Creating pools is slow. This is due to weather data being read too many times (read: bad coding) . Adding a player takes some seconds but has been fixed and will be in the next update.
Hint: If you've been playing under a VU_xxx (Virtual User) and have decided to create a real user, it is possible to link the scores to your user. For the moment, please drop a mail to darc@hevonkuusi.org and I'll link them. In the future this should be possible by the serie admin.

This is a rather big release with the new integration to forecast.io and Google Maps. You can upload your tracker data (in .gpx format) to your scores (see:
#4899). DScores will parse the data and remove most of the points that are too close to each other. I guess I will try to make it more clever in the future, but this will suffice for now. If you want to edit your track (throws), you can use for example:

The main thing with this update is the gamemode. I've got a few requests for the possibility to mark the throws rather than the relative value of the par. By selecting the throws gamemode (under ..more), you can mark your scores as throws, but note that at this point the scores are still shown relative. Eventually the gamemode functionality will expand so wait for future updates.
The password recovery functionality will send you a link where you can change your password. This is ..hmm.. experimental, so if you use this and for some reason find issues with it, please drop me a line at darc@hevonkuusi.org.

The big change in this release is the new database read functionality. The site is now much faster and responses much quicker. In addition to this a lot of small things here and there has been fixed.
Updates are coming - darc (Jani Hirvo) 2015-05-17Version 2.1 has been under work and is to be put to production. A lot of the features has already been in dev so for those using dev.. well, you know what is coming. The idea is to make the upgrade on 17th of May so there may be some problems accessing the site.
Some users have mentioned that the relative way of entering a "hole score" is not optimal. I will be implementing a way to enter and view scores with the amount of throws. Unfortunately this is not in this version.
